Campus Kitchen!

I’ve been volunteering with Campus Kitchen since Jan. 2024! I first started as a volunteer to satisfy a service requirement and fell love with the process! Covenant Church essentially organizes a food drive every Thursday for the people of Athens – ranging from young to elder adults! We fight to combat food insecurity and elder isolation simultaneously. We partner up with various organizations to receive our donations, which continues to build those strong relationships!

Hunker Down!

Since my sophomore year, I have volunteered with Hunker Down Housing every August! The volunteers of Hunker Down essentially assist incoming freshmen students during move-in weekend! As a peer leader, I delegated the different roles to the volunteers! The reason I wanted to volunteer with Hunker Down is because of the impression that I was given when I first moved onto campus!

Frais Servant Leader!

I started serving at my church as a servant leader in August 2025! My faith is one of the most important things to me and a big reason why I feel like I am often called to serve. Whether that’s in church or within the Athens community! I serve on the parking team, which stemmed from my volunteering with UGA Hunker Down Housing!
